Phil Hayes

Phil Hayes

LPL Financial Advisor

Phil has an extensive background in the field of education, working as a teacher and school administrator in both public and Christian schools. While in education, he earned his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University.

In 2008, he transitioned to the financial services industry and has since served as a financial advisor for a growing West Michigan practice, with clients located throughout the country.

Phil's years in education uniquely enable him to be a teacher for his clients. He believes financial advice should go beyond investing and strives to help clients understand their financial strategies and investments. He holds general securities and insurance licenses and serves as an LPL Financial Advisor.

Phil and his wife, Lynn, reside in Allendale and have four grown children and ten grandchildren. Outside of the office, Phil enjoys backpacking and hiking, traveling with Lynn, reading, and strategic board games.

Kevin Priddy

Kevin M. Priddy, MBA, CFPA®, EA

LPL Financial Advisor

Kevin began his career in technology support and auto financing after graduating from the University of Michigan before moving into customer services and finance roles with positions in automotive industry. During that time, he earned his MBA from Walsh College and later returned to the financial services industry, where he originally began as an intern in 1993.

With experience spanning financial planning, investment management, corporate finance, and tax preparation, Kevin has helped clients navigate changing markets, retirement transitions, and important life decisions. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), he brings additional insight into the role taxes can play in a comprehensive financial strategy.

Kevin is committed to building long-term relationships and helping clients feel confident in their financial decisions through thoughtful planning and personalized guidance.

Kevin and his wife, Beth, live in West Michigan and are the proud parents of three children. Outside of the office, he enjoys community involvement, boating, technology, and spending time with family and friends.
